Box office behemoth Salman Khan, whose sheer screen presence can shatter box office records, who inspires younger heroes with his terrific fitness, has for the first time opened up about the painful disease that he has been suffering from years.
During a recent media interaction in Dubai, Salman talked at length about the unbearable pain he had been suffering from a nerve disorder called 'Trigeminal Neuralgia'. "It even won't let you talk properly. The pain used to be so intolerable at times that I had to fly to the US on several occasions for treatment. The pain can get so severe at times that several patients have contemplated suicide," said Salman to a shocked media men.
As per doctors, Trigeminal neuralgia causes extreme pain on a person's face. The pain can be so severe that the disorder often causes depression in patients.
Salman added that even during those intense painful days, what kept him strong was the love of his fans. On work front, Salman will be next seen in 'Tubelight' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai'.
