Stop Hating Each Other: Rajamouli
For the first time ever,
Tollywood's most successful director SS Rajamouli reacted on the ongoing
agitations in state. He reminded that it's time for all the Telugus to
stay united rather than choosing different paths and hating each other.
Rajamouli even took a dig at political parties and media for the sad state of affairs. "Prathi Problem Ku Solution Untundi. Party Lu Rajakiyam Cheddamani Chustunnai, Channels Rating Chusukontunnai. Sad but true! If we divide ourselves as hate each other, then we will be loosing much more. Atleast, let us try to stop hating each other. Whether one is from Telengana or Seemandhra hating each other will only deepen the crisis," asserts the filmmaker.
Claiming that he has no knowledge of what will be the results if the state gets divided or stays united, Rajamouli made it clear he only wishes to see all the Teluges together and not hate each other.
Rajamouli came in support of Lok Satta president Jayaprakash Narayana by saying the Kukatpally MLA is trying to bring the people together for finding a solution to the T-issue. He found fault with integrationists treating JP's tour as the one against the ongoing movement and stressed that solution to any problem could be found only through consultations. The director even appealed to the people to participate in JP's Telugu Tejam tour in Kadapa on September 16th as it will give answers to many questions related to statehood issue.
