Amala Paul Sues Ex For Defamation

Actress Amala Paul has been granted permission to sue her ex boy-friend and singer Bhavninder Singh by the Madras High Court. The singer has claimed to be married to the actress and released pictures through his social media account and claimed to have tied the knot in a secret ceremony. The pictures went viral ever since.

The couple was dressed in traditional attire and looked very happy. However, the actress has denied all rumors about marriage. The couple got engaged in 2018 but broke up as the singer started extracting money from Amala Paul, which led to their break up. After the pictures went viral, Bhavninder Singh deleted all the pictures and later deleted his own account.

Amala has said that the images were taken for professional purposes and accused the singer to be misusing it. Amala has sought out the Madras High Court and decided to file a case of defamation for publishing the pictures with wrong headlines. The actress is currently working on her projects Victim, Bhale Tammudu, and Dogoduochadu which are set to release by the end of the year.

Before getting into a relationship with Bhavninder Singh, Amala Paul got married to director AL Vijay but separated with him from divorce. Neither Amala nor Vijay spoke about the reasons for their divorce, Vijay’s father said actor Dhanush is the reason. Amala Paul later condemned it.
