US Election 2020: Georgia & Pennsylvania Turning Blue?

The ballots in key states are still being counted and the margins getting close each hour. Democrat nominee Joe Biden is at 264 electoral votes, while President Trump is at 214. The ballot votes of key states Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina are still being counted with Arizona almost calling it a race with Biden winning 11 electoral seats there making his total to 264.

While Nevada has Biden leading with a close edge over Trump, with 16,000 votes lead, which was earlier 8000 votes lead. Nevada is likely to become a blue state by giving him the 6 electoral votes which are exactly enough for Biden to get to the White House. But, two other states have become more crucial meanwhile trending towards ruining Donald Trump’s chances of winning. The states are Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania is the key state where Biden is lagging with 78,000 votes behind Trump. At one point Biden was behind Trump with more than half a million ballots in the hours after polls closed.

In Georgia, Biden is racing ahead with the mail-in ballot count. He pushed the margin and is just less than 4000 votes from Trump’s. The state’s 98 percent counting is reported, but the outstanding ballots are expected to be in favor of Biden. Georgia has 16 electoral votes.
