Censor Head sacked: Twitter bursts in Joy

Never ever in the history of Indian cinema, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) faced much heat and criticism from the filmmakers as it took place in the recent months.

The Board's Chief Pahlaj Nihalani was the man behind the controversies and his tenure has been abruptly cut short and he has been replaced with Prasoon Joshi, top lyricist. Nihalani always wanted to be in news with his controversial statements which even made the government re-think about his position.

The censor board has been re-constructed with new faces like Vidya Balan, Jeevitha Rajasekhar, Gautami, Waman Kendre, Narendra Kohli and Vivek Agnihotri. Poor feedback and heap of controversies made Pahlaj Nihalani and his team vanish off before their tenure has been wrapped up.

Social network sites like twitter erupted in joy after Nihalani has been asked to walk out. Indian youth stepped out with joy and several started posting against Pahlaj Nihalani and his team.
