Big-Eyed-Beauty's Dreams Shattered
Sexy lady Praneetha from Karnataka entered Tollywood with lots of hopes. Despite putting up an excessive glamour show in Em Pillo Em Pillado and Bava, she failed to grab more offers due to the disastrous results of those films. However, she got an opportunity to pair up with in-form Karthi in Sakuni. She hoped the film to give her a big break in Kollywood and Tollywood as well.
The final cut of Sakuni gave a huge shock to Praneetha as she had a mere ten minutes of screen time in entire film, barring a couple of songs. The director canned so many scenes on her, but everything has been edited out and Praneetha was hardly there in the second half. On the top of that, Anushka's guest role has been getting rave reviews and no one is talking about Praneetha.
This big eyed beauty definitely has the talent and also possesses the sexy appeal, but luck is not in her favor at the moment. She is hoping that Sakuni does well at the box office and at least fetches her a hit, because it is what finally matters. Sakuni opened well in Telugu and Tamil, but the reviews are not so favorable.
