Senior Stars under Severe Pressure

Young generation stars have already taken the driving seat and it is only a matter of time that the seniors to call it quits. Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh have been struggling in the recent past to prove their mettle and show their dominance at the ticket windows. They are definitely not a patch on young superstars now.

When the films of youngsters are collecting a share of ten crores in just one day, few movies of the seniors are struggling to reach that mark in full run. The seniors have already decided to give up on lead roles, but they are still waiting to retire with pride. To do that they need a couple of hits to prove that still have it in them.        

Balakrishna has Srimannarayana and Nagarjuna has Shiridi Sai and Dhamarukam lined up for release this year. These movies are very prestigious for the veterans. They hope that these movies would fetch them the hits they were waiting for. They are under severe pressure to prove their critics wrong. They also need hits now to attract buyers for their next projects.
