Superstar faces 'Smoking' trouble

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal landed in trouble because of a poster from his  latest release 'Karmayodha' wherein it showcased the actor smoking a cigar. This  provocative poster has invited the wrath of Kerala's Heath Ministry which is strictly against the campaigns related to smoking in films and TV.

Summons have already been issued to the star and the film's director, asking them to appear before the court. Posters and flexes of Mohanlal showing him smoking have been removed from the state for violating the restrictions imposed on advertisements for tobacco products.
