When Nagababu thought of committing suicide
The film 'Orange' is a nightmare for Nagababu who handled the production of this super flop romantic flick starring Ram Charan in the lead and incurred losses to the tune of Rs 30 crore.
Nagababu shares his bitter experience and talks about the people who stood behind him in tough times. "I had lost everything I have with Orange and not in a position to settle the dues even though if I sold out all my properties. I was in depression and even thought of committing suicide. After 3 days of Orange release, Kalyan Babu who came to know about my situation called me from South Africa and assured that he would look after everything. The very next day, Annayya (Chiru) called me to his house and said leave it. They stood like rocks and cleared all my dues. I feel they are god's gift to me," reveals the actor-cum-producer.
After learning about Nagababu's financial crisis, Both Chiru and Pawan reacted in the same manner. Interestingly, Megastar don't know about Powerstar's version till date and vice versa. Here it is...
Chiru: Nagababu Gadu Antha Suffer Avuthunnappudu, Nenu Dabbu Sampadinchi Nenu Emi Chesukuntanu. Vaadiki Emaina Ayithe, Ee Sampadinchina Dabbu Nenu Emi Chesukuntanu. Vadikosam Nenu Nilabadathanu!
Pawan: Chinna Annayya (Nagababu) Antha Badapadi Antha Idayyinappu, Nenu Sampadinchina Dabbu Maa Annayya Ku Lekapothe Ela.
Nagababu revealed that it was because of his brothers he was able to stand on his feet again. He even pledges to pay the bulk amount to his brothers and the 50 percent remuneration he has to pay for Charan in future.
