Telanagana people should know this first
Samaikyandhra movement has definitely a history like Telangana movement which many people may disagree. But it's no denying fact whether some agree or not.
Well, there was a massive moment for JAI ANDHRA in 1972 for favouring of separate statehood of Andhra with a new CAPITAL. But it's then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi who had forced the people to stay united with Telanganites with Hyderabad as a JOINT CAPITAL. And now after losing capital to other region and being stayed away from development, if Government of India choose to bifurcate the state in 2013 without any assurances to Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema people, it's common for people of Seemandhra to feel that they're cheated, neglected and deprived and it's very natural to protest against ongoing bifurcation.
Also, there are many apprehensions in people of Seemandhra about their future and their next generations and opportunities. And making derogatory comments on Seemandhra people and their Samaikyandhra movement is nothing but provoking them and it is uncalled for. Harish Rao who tried to belittle AP NGOs by calling Bejawada Rowdies, Rayalaseema Factionists and Gundas is nothing but evoking emotions. And his motive seems to be to turn their Samaikya Andhra movement into violent and creating wide rift among people of both regions there by want to demand for bifurcation. It is clear that Harish is trying for cheap political gains with such comments. There is no place for abuses in democratic process Harish. And also, it's time for people of Telangana to understand the people's movement. Problems can be solved by holding negotiations but not resorting to such meaning less and baseless allegations.
