Nirbhaya Case Verdict! Date Finalized

As expected, the verdict in the brutal gang-rape and assault of Nirbhaya is not going to be out today. After hearing to the arguments of both defence and prosecution, additional sessions judge of Saket court has postponed the verdict again.
 
The Delhi court has reserved the final verdict regarding December 16th Delhi gang-rape accused forFriday after hearing to arguments of both sides. Both prosecutors and police have sought 'death penalty' for the culprits as the court already adjudged that these four accused are guilty.
 
Prosecution lawyers felt that thought life-term in jail will be the sentence according to law, these four should be awarded capital punishment for their extreme brutality in the crime. However defence lawyers argued that all the four have committed rape and murder at the spur of moment, but their acts are not premeditated.
 
Not just prosecution lawyers, the whole of nation  including Nirbhaya's family are demanding death penalty for the four accused, and are also asking Court to award same punishment for the juvenile who is proved by police as brutal of them all.
