TDP’s DK Satya Prabha Dies From Covid Complications

Telugu Desam party’s national vice president DK Satya Prabha has passed away due to ill health at a private hospital in Bengaluru. A few days back the former MLA was tested positive of Covid-19 and she recovered too. However, she was still undergoing treatment at a hospital for Covid-19 complications and on Thursday night, she suffered a heart-attack. She breathed her last. She was 70-year-old.

Satya Prabha was one of the richest leaders of TDP as she was the wife of former TTD chairman Adikeshavulu Naidu. Satya Prabha was devotee of Puttaparthi Satya Sai Baba. It was Sai Baba who got her married to Adikeshavulu Naidu who was then an Assistant Engineer in Chittoor’s Sugar Factory. After marrying Satya Prabha, Adikeshavulu Naidu went onto progress as a major industrialist.

After Adikeshavulu Naidu’ss death in 2013, Satya Prabha has entered the politics. In 2014, she contested for the Chittoor assembly seat and won. In the 2019 elections, Satya Prabha contested from Rajampet but she lost the polls.

Very recently as part of a major reshuffle, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has made her national vice-president of the party. And then this happened. Learning about Satya Prabha’s demise, the TDP leaders are deeply upset.

TDP chief Chandrababu has condoled Satya Prabha’s passing away and expressed his deep sympathies to the family members.
