All doors closed for YS Jagan
Union minister and High Command's agent from Delhi to state, Vayalar Ravi, ruled out the possibility of YS Jaganmohan Reddy returning back to the Congress party. He made it clear that neither the Congress is interested in inviting him nor will accept the plea even if Jagan himself wants to come back to the parent party. With Vayalar's clarification, the chances of Jagan getting back to Congress looks bleak.
The reports of change of Chief Minister surfaced as Vayalar Ravi came to the state when Kiran Kumar Reddy was in Delhi to attend couple of meeting. However, the senior leader rubbished them by saying Kiran Kumar Reddy will continue in the post and his mission is only to sort out the administration lapses and to strengthen the party in the state.
Admitting that he received several complaints from the party leaders and cadre, Vayalar Ravi said all the issues need to be addressed to retain victory in the 2014 polls. Congress hopes that Vayalar's mission will improve the prospects of the party in the upcoming by-elections for Nellore Lok Sabha and 18 Assembly constituencies.
