2G Spectrum Case Is Getting Diluted

After a long battle, one expects the truth to be out and offenders punished. Unfortunately, things are going other way round in India with lawbreakers coming out.

Former telecom minister A. Raja walked out of jail today after he was granted a bail by the court. All the accused persons and firms in the multi crore 2G spectrum scam are now wandering free in the country on bails. Tamilnadu CM Jayalalitha is saying that the case was getting diluted with the delay in bringing culprits to justice. Though the court is sanctioning bail with conditions, there are hundred percentage chances for them to tamper the evidence and destroy witnesses.

According to CBI, Raja alone has taken 200 crores bribe as a quid pro quo for allotting spectrum. If the investigation goes smooth and honest, all these persons might get a life imprisonment on charges of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy. But, will this happen?
