YS Jagan's Case: Only Jail, No Bail

Amidst huge arguments, discussions and expectations, YSR Congress party chief and the main accused in disproportionate assets, YS Jagan has a major setback today. The CBI Special Court has dismissed his bail plea.

After hearing the arguments both Jagan's counsel and CBI for a day, Court has finally dismissed the squash petition and interim bail plea of Jagan. Special Court's Chief Justice Pullaiah felt that there is no need to issue a bail for Jagan even though he is a MP. He feels that the tainted politician might tamper evidences and influence the witnesses if left outside.

Also, his interim bail plea for campaigning in the by-polls is rejected. YSR Party cadres are saying that Court has cancelled Jagan's plea because of the fear CBI invoked. Early in the morning, CBI's revelations about CJ Pattabi and his involvement in Gali's bail had huge impact on judges dealing with Jagan's case, feels a party leader. Whatever it is, Jagan is restricted to his Chanchalguda barracks!
