June 10th, 2012, 10:00 PM IST

Finally the above three can cool down their heels by sipping a glass of butter milk to beat the scorching heat. Campaigning for by-polls scheduled on Tuesday has come to an end finally in all the 18 constituencies, giving rest to their star campaigners.

By 5pm today, all the political parties have stopped their sleazy pot shots, caste based shouts and dead-body politics. While all the non-locals are ordered to leave the constituencies, security vigil is tightened in these places to restrict parties from distributing money and liquor. In the worst of its turn, this campaign had police seize more than Rs. 42 crores.

While many star-politicians visited poll bound regions, its Chiru from Congress, Naidu from TDP and Vijayamma from YSR Congress have stolen the show. By the end of this week, we will know whose words people will believe and who will drink 'butter milk' in a happy mood.
