Will Kiran show CM power in By-Polls

During the regime of YSR in 2009, there are many rumors that ballot boxes at some places got changed in last minute to ensure the win of Congress contestant. If those rumors are true then CM Kiran will also be able to show his power now.

Jagan's arrest and the sympathy wave invoked by Vijayamma and Sharmila by talking about chopper crash have become headache to the ruling party. The prime competition in these 18 constituencies is mainly between Congress and YSR Congress. If at all the ruling party gets any doubt of losing the polls, then they should resort to 'power' which is in their hand anyway.

Already rumors are abuzz that Congress party is luring teachers who are supposed to be the polling officers on Tuesday. With CM Kiran's direction, education minister Parthasarathy is said to be handling this job, says an insider. Let us see how far CM's power will work in their favour.
