Jagan to stay in Jail till June 25
The CBI special court on Monday extended the judicial remand of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy for two more weeks, which means Yuva Neta will have to be in jail till June 25.
Jagan's mother YS Vijayamma and his wife Bharati were in court at the time of judgement. However, Sharmila wasn't present, as she left to Bangalore a day before.
During the proceedings of the court, Jagan raised the issue why he had not been brought from the Chanchalguda central prison in a bull-proof vehicle despite having a Zcategory security. Immediately, the judge has passed the orders to allot a bullet-proof car to the Kadapa MP.
Based on the charges levelled against him by the CBI, Legal experts say Jagan might not be permitted bail anytime soon
