'I'm Minister For This Country, I Don't Care'

Petroleum Minister Jaipal Reddy who is facing severe criticism regarding the diversion of gas issue, has give a strong counter to opposition within the party and outside. With PM issuing orders to stop giving gas to Maharashtra, Jaipal gave his counter attack to opposition in AP.

'I'm minister for this country, and I'll not care about those silly accusations by other MPs. This problem has risen due to the deficit of production of gas in KG basin. I'm not showing any indiscrimination to AP', said Jaipal. Earlier in the morning, TDP leader Nama Nageswara Rao accused that Jaipal is useless for the state and he is having devil's eye on the state.

Jaipal also confirmed that PM's order to stop diverting gas is the result of a combined effort. 'It is me who ordered CM Kiran and other group of ministers to meet PM for the stopping. These opposition parties are shouting without minimum awareness and insight about the issue', says Jaipal.
