What's wrong in doing Chiru's Bhajan?

'Make CM Chiru' campaign is the new mantra of Congress leaders to gain the support of strong Kapu community voters in the state. Several Congress ministers are in a hurry to see Chiru as Chief Minister of the state replacing Kiran Kumar Reddy. Some even went ahead and declared Chiru would be the CM candidate for Congress in 2014 polls.

However, party seniors are appealing to Chiru camp not to make such statement or run CM campaigns, instead advising them to bring their views to the notice of leadership in internal meetings. "Kick starting CM Campaign when Kiran Kumar Reddy is serving in office will send wrong signals to the public," opened a senior Congressman.

On the other hand, Mega camp feels nothing wrong in expressing their views publicly and they had a point too. "Congress leadership is projecting Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister candidate, when Manmohan Singh is serving as PM. If Chiru's CM campaign is wrong, so is Rahul's PM campaign," stressed a Kapu leader in Congress.
