Courts And Officers Cannot Stop Him
While High Court has given a shock to DGP Dinesh Reddy today morning, analysts are saying that no one can stop him. There is logic behind this, and may be that is why Dinesh is not even shaking an inch.
Today morning, HC has found fault with Dinesh's appointment as DGP of state upholding the judgment of Central Administrative Tribunal. Court has taken pot-shots at government's plea before ordering Kiran sarkar to appoint new DGP within weeks. Till then Dinesh will be the incharge-DGP of Andhra Pradesh.
However, there are no senior officers in the state as of now and the man who has lodged complaint against Dinesh appointment, Gowtham Kumar IPS also retired. There is only, one Umesh from our DGP's batch and he is facing criminal charges now. Looks like, the one and only option is Dinesh Reddy, as Court hasn't ruled out the option of appointing him as DGP again.
Except the fact that High Court fined AP state government for Rs.5000, regarding this petition supporting Dinesh appointment, all other things will be same more or less.
