Punch To CBI For Saving Chandrababu

August 28th, 2012, 08:00 AM IST

In the name of insufficient staff to tackle cases, our country's premiere investigation agency, CBI, is selectively avoiding the cases against TDP Chief from a time. With HC intervening into the matter, both CBI and Naidu got a punch today.

After taking a petition filed by Jagan's auditor Vijayasai Reddy into consideration, High Court has found fault with CBI for not probing into an accusation against Naidu of allotting 1000 acres land to a bogus company. During his nine year regime as CM of state, Naidu allotted 1000 acres of prime land in Hyderabad to a fake company IMG Bharata, to construct sports stadiums. Later this deal went into dark though opposition parties cried foul many times. HC now ordered CBI to launch a probe into the allegations against Naidu and asked CBI, Central Govt, Home Dept. and IMG Bharata to file counter petitions.

Though Telugudesam is writing this off as another allegation where their leader will definitely come out clean, CBI's slow moves are giving rise to suspicions. We have to wait for Naidu's counter attack.
