SC: Hang Kasab To Death!!!
There is no other sentence for this dreaded terrorist in Indian Penal Code except hanging him to death, says Supreme Court after rejected the plea of Ajmal Kasab in 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case.
On the fateful day of 26 November, 2008, Kasab and his nine fellow jihadis had attacked various places in Mumbai including CST Railway Station, Cama Hospital, Oberoi Hotel, Taj Trident, Nariman House and Leopold cafe resulting in killing of 166 people and injuring 238 others. Both Bombay high court earlier and Supreme Court now has agreed that Kasab's case falls in the rarest of rare category and felt that death penalty is the only sentence that could be awarded to the Pakistani terrorist. Though Kasab pleaded that he is not aware of conspiracy against India after killing many people, Court never bought his arguments.
Various people who lost their dear ones and felt irrecoverable damages mentally and physically in the trauma of 26/11 have expressed happiness over Supreme's decision. In the biggest fun of democracy, Kasab can now apply for President Of India through a Mercy Petition and the hanging process will be halted for decades!
