Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna grabs first place in Tollywood when it comes to taking up challenging roles, encouraging coming-of-age scripts and new filmmakers. Starting from Ram Gopal Varma to Kalyan Krishna of Soggade fame, Nag has always been a strong supporter of fresh talent.
On the same lines that prove him totally successful, the 59 year old charming hero decided to work with actor-cum-director Rahul Ravindran who scored success with his directorial debut- 'Chi La Sow' starring Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma. But, it's going to be sequel to his super hit film Manmadhudu (2002) whereas on other hand, Nag has agreed to work with Kalyan Krishna for Soggade sequel.
The back-to-back sequels from Akkineni hero is inviting several doubts on his strange planning. Has Nag decided to put himself in a safer zone by doing sequels to his super hit films? Nag’s past experience of working on a sequel (Raju Gari Gadhi-2) is not as great as his fans want it to be. But, he must not have ignored that fact he received good applause whenever he surrendered himself to newcomers.
Apart from the two sequels, Nagarjuna is working with Nani for DevaDas, for which he again teamed up with a fresh talent -Sriram Aditya.
