Corona Fashion: Trikini, The New Beach Attire

Millions of young women and men are dreaming of meeting triumph in the fashion industry and getting succeeded is an ordeal in the pandemic. However, one designer has met unexpected and overnight craze for her work in this coronavirus and she is reaping the rewards.

The founder of Italian fashion brand Elexa Beachwear, Tiziana Scaramuzzo, has launched three-piece swimsuits, which includes a bikini top, bottom and a water-proof face mask, recently. Her main motto behind the inventions was to keep the spirit of summer alive amid the lockdown.

Tiziana Scaramuzzo said to media that the idea of the design was born out of fun with the family. “The idea was born in the house during quarantine to take photos with my children,” she said. “We didn’t think it would be this successful,” she added.

Currently, her designs are for sale only in Italy, at her store Senigallia, as shipping internationally is impossible in lockdown. Calling her invention as ‘Trikini’, they went viral and people loved it on social media. The craze for those has quickly skyrocketed after the designer posted photos of her daughter modelling them on Facebook.

It is said that Tiziana Scaramuzzo suffered from losses and a huge economic blow when her supplier was forced to shut down due to the virus. However, now, her fate turned overnight with even celebrities loving her idea for making them feel less anxious at beach henceforth.
