Yerran Naidu's family yet again proved it is lucky. The family proved its hold on victory. Yerram Naidu's daughter Bhavani won from Rajahmundry urban Assembly constituency, while Atchannaidu won from Tekkali Assembly constituency whereas Ram Mohan Naidu won from Srikakulam parliamentary constituency.
Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu wins from Srikakulam parliament. In a neck-and-neck fight, Ram Mohan Naidu defeats Duvvada Srinivas.
Uravakonda : Payyavula Kesav, who was trailing behind, has gained lead. Kesav is leading by 2300 votes against YCP's candidate and sitting MLA Visweswara Reddy.
Vijayawada Lok Sabha : Kesineni Srinivas alias Nani won against PVP
Janasena's Rapaka Varaprasada Rao won by 700 votes against YCP's Bonthu Rajeswara Rao.

Gannavaram : TDP's Vallabhaneni Vamsi scrapes through victory in Gannavaram. Vamsi wins against YCP's Yarlagadda by a thin margin of 820 votes. While the suspense continued till the last minute, and some EVMs were malfunctioned, after counting the VVPAT slips of the respective booths, Vamsi's win has been declared.

First result declared in AP polls
The first assembly result in Andhra Pradesh assembly polls has come a little while ago. The YSR Congress candidate from Parvathipuram of Vizianagaram district, Alajangi Jogarao, has been declared as victorious with a majority of 23,814.
While Jogarao grabbed 73,626 votes in his constituency, TDP's Bobbili Chiranjeevulu took the second place with 49,812 votes. On other hand, YSRCP is set for a landslide victory in AP. Close to 150 MLA candidates and all 25 MP candidates of YSRCP are leading as of now. While TDP is leading in 24 MLA segments, JSP is leading in just one assembly seat.

Jagan to take oath as CM in Tirupathi
