Talk : Sukumar Buys 12 Crore Villa?

Ace director Sukumar is said to have bought a luxurious villa in the prime area of the city. Buzz in film circles is that the Rangasthalam director has bought a villa worth Rs 12 Crore in Kondapur area.

Sukumar, who is quite busy with the shooting of Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa, has recently taken a quick break from the shoot and attended the house warming pooja ceremony.

Along with Sukumar, Allu Arjun also attended the formal Gruhapravesam which is done during auspicious Karthika Masam. Sukumar’s immediate family members, brothers have attended the pooja ceremony. The villa in a premium gated community is in a connected area. It is near Chirec international school in Kondapur. The villa is close to several premium residential and commercial complexes. Mahesh Babu’s AMB Mall is also closeby to this villa.

After scoring a blockbuster with Rangasthalam, the expectations on Sukumar and Allu Arjun’s combination has skyrocketed. Pushpa will see Allu Arjun in a rugged look where he will be seen as a lorry driver. Set against the backdrop of Seshachalam forest area, the film revolves around red sandal smuggling. Rashmika for the first time is pairing up with Allu Arjun. The film has Devi Sri Prasad’s music. After Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s industry hit, Allu Arjun is also counting big on Pushpa. Let’s wait and see.
