Fans and trade circles had thought that Rangasthalam's collections will take a hit when Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddham released on Thursday. There were apprehensions that Rangasthalam may not put up a decent show at the box office over the third weekend.
But with Krishnarjuna Yuddham ending up as a disappointment, many distributors have added extra shows for Rangasthalam and this move helped the film's collections to a great extent. On Saturday, Rangasthalam registered housefuls in several areas in AP and Telangana. Even the Sunday advance bookings are quite good.
Trade analysts are predicting that at least 4 crore share will be collected over the third weekend. With this, Rangasthalam will be crossing Khaidi No.150's collections by today. The film will continue its dream run until Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu releases next week.
Buzz is that Rangasthalam will end up collecting over 110 crore share by the end of its full run. On the other hand, even Bharat Ane Nenu looks quite promising and the film may collect 100 crore plus share depending on the talk generated on its opening day.
