It's an open talk that maverick director Ram Gopal Varma's 'Lakshmi's NTR' is just a counter to Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'NTR' biopic.
When asked about his comment on this Balakrishna replied in a matured manner. "I have no clue about RGV's 'NTR' film. To make a film is, his choice and purely personal. He did not approach us for permission but I did sought consent from every member of my family before making NTR biopic," said NBK.
He added more than RGV's reaction on 'NTR,' the audience response for the film is important and that is what matters the most.
Initially there were unconfirmed reports that RGV was supposed to direct 'NTR.' The director also released a video claiming that it was a life-time of an opportunity for him. Later director Teja came into picture and there is a rumour that RGV was terribly upset that NBK has taken out his protege due to creative differences.
Finally NBK settled with Krish Jagarlamudi.
