There is a buzz from a time that Mahesh Babu will work with senior producer Allu Arvind, marking a first of their collaboration. Later it came out that director Parasuram who delivered Geetha Govindam and Srirastu Subhamastu in Geetha Arts will helm this film. But here is a surprising update about it.
Reportedly Mahesh is said to have got upset when Allu Arjun snatched director Sukumar from him. After Rangasthalam, Sukku was supposed to work with Mahesh, but as the actor brought forward Anil Ravipudi's film, he has cancelled his project with him. And in a fit of rage, the creative director announced that he will be doing his next with Allu Arjun.
Upset with all this fiasco, it's heard that Mahesh has decided to not work with Geetha Arts, which is owned by Allu Arjun's father. As he liked the story of Parasuram, even Geetha Arts is said to have asked the director to take forward the film with some other producer. Both Parasuram and Mahesh will work with a new producer, or 14 Reels if our sources are to be believed.
Meanwhile, Parasuram is supposed to give a final narration to Mahesh and the film will take off only after he gets approval.
