Hero Siddharth's last straight Telugu movie was NTR's 2013 film 'Baadshah', in which he played a small cameo. Since then, a couple of his Tamil films like Something Something and Gruham created a decent buzz in the Telugu states. However, Sid's Telugu fans have been waiting for his full-fledged comeback.
Much to the joy of his fans, after 6 years of gap, Siddharth has finally signed an interesting project for his Tollywood comeback. Apparently, Sid will be playing the second lead in Ravi Teja's Maha Samudram which will be directed by RX100 fame Ajay Bhupathi. Sid is said to be quite impressed with his role after listening to Ajay's narration.
Maha Samudram is set in Vizag. The film has smuggling as its backdrop. Touted as an emotional romantic drama, the film has Sammohanam actress Aditi Rao Hydari playing Ravi Teja's love interest. The actress who will play Sid's love will be finalised soon. The shooting will commence from October.
