Harish Shankar Clarifies on Two Rumoured Projects

Director Harish Shankar is kicked up with his latest movie "Valmiki" which is hitting cinemas this Friday. The film is a remake of Tamil hit film Jigarthanda which has Varun Tej in the lead, playing a role with lots of negative shades for the first time in his career.

While the director is promoting this movie, the two major rumours about him are related to his next couple of movies. One is that he will be directing Pawan Kalyan's comeback movie for Mythri Movie Makers and another one is that he is going to carve another remake, Andhadhu for Nithin. What's the truth about them?

Regarding Nithin's remake, Harish said, "Actually I and Nithin met on the sets of Valmiki. He told me that he is acquiring remake rights of Andhadhhun but nothing else came to our discussion". In fact, Nithin is doing a cameo in Valmiki as a hero who will be shooting for a film.

"Recently I've met Pawan Kalyan to show him Valmiki teaser, but there is nothing else. Even I'm dying to direct him again, but don't know when is that going to happen" says Harish, giving no clue about the rumours.
