Jaanu Alerts Four Films That Are On The Sets

A frame to frame remake of Tamil film '96' in the form of Jaanu that featured Samantha and Sharwanand in the leads has failed to do miracles at the box office. Despite huge promotions by Dil Raju and Samantha, the film failed to work and that led to many doubts in Tollywood about upcoming remakes.

Whenever films are being remade, dialogues are to be re-written and scenes are to be altered to suit nativity as it happened in the case of Khaidi No 150, Gabbar Singh, Valmiki and others. Things will not work if every frame is reproduced with the same dialogue as it is. And now, we have four remakes in the offing which include Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab, Ram's Red, Venky's Naarappa and Satyadev's Uma maheswara Ugra roopasya.

As Pink is a super hit Hindi film, definitely a same-to-same remake would not create any impact. So the team has changed many scenes already, and we have to see what things are like after the film releases. At the same time, Ram is banking on Thadam remake this time and director Kishore is said to have changed 30% of the story.

Then comes Venky's Naarappa, a remake of Danush's Asuran, which is seen by many Telugu audience on Amazon Prime. So lot of changes should be made for the nativity factor that Telugu audience will be able to enjoy it. Cut to Umamaheswara.. the film is a remake of Malayalam movie Maheshinte Prathikaaram which is seen by many on Netflix earlier.

The makers of these films are said to be an alert now to make sure they will bring the novelty factor as true-blue-remakes are not working at Telugu box office.
