#Lockdown: Samantha Reveals Her Diet Plans

Actress Samantha has recently spoken to her fans through a #AskSam session on Twitter and this was quite a good one. Sam has answered all the questions she was asked and has revealed some unknown things about her too.

One of her Twitter followers asked her what is she doing to keep herself fit in the times of self-quarantine and Sam had a lot to answer them.

Sam has said that she is trying to follow ‘Intermittent fasting’ and it is something she began doing recently. Admitting her love for spicy food like pickles, she mentioned that she eats biryani for lunch every other day. To get back into her normal routine, she decided to opt for intermittent fasting.

Well, while we all think that actors do have biryani once in a while and call it something like a cheat meal. But here, Sam has given her fans a shock by saying that she eats biryani for lunch almost every day and still remains fit by burning all the calories at the gym.

Samantha keeps sharing videos from her in-house gym almost every day and keeps updating her fans on the kind of work routine she keeps following on a regular basis.
