The trade and film circuits had thought Dhurandhar 2’s phenomenal buzz to dent Ustaad Bhagat Singh’s US and overseas premieres.
But ironically, the same Dhurandhar 2 is likely to become an advantage, as the most-anticipated spy thriller of Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh is struggling to deliver the content. This becomes blessing-in-disguise for Ustaad.
With Dhurandhar 2 failing to deliver its content on time, premieres in the US may face cancellations at drive-in theatres for now. This situation could potentially work in favor of Ustaad Bhagat Singh in the overseas market. However, the cinemas relying on electronic keys may screen the film accordingly.
Even as the Dhurandhar 2 team is working rigorously to send the film’s content by tomorrow morning, failure to do so will result in cancellation of premieres.
It will be interesting to see whether this turns out to be an advantage for Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh, as the last-minute hurdles faced by Dhurandhar: The Revenge could indirectly work in its favor.
