Just 4 Days left For Jagan To Stay @ LotusPond?

Days after warning the Police men at Vizag airport and ruling TDP government that he will be 'Chief Minister in next two years', the quid pro quo case has become a huge headache for YSR congress party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Ever since he received the legal notice from Enforcement Directorate, on 9th February, which said to take possession of his illegal properties- including Lotus Pond house in Hyderabad and other companies in next 10 days, Jagan Mohan Reddy has involved in some brainstorming with his think tank and seeking advices, ideas from experts who can guide him on how to proceed further legally.

The involvement of Jagan Mohan Reddy in party activities has also took a halt, following the procession notice from ED. Usually, Enforcement Directorate issues 40 days of time to foreclose the assets attached to any case but they merely issued 10 days in YS Jagan Reddy's case, and the politico is already under high pressure. Since the opposition leader's residence in Lotus Pond, YSRCP camp office & YSRCP central office are also attached in the notice, his growing political career likely to be in jeopardy and so he's more worried.

In disproportionate assets case, ED stated Rs 749 crore worth of immovable and movable illegal assets, belonging to Jagan, were attached. In the past, Jagan escaped the possession by ED by managing to bring a stay from Supreme Court. But, it was lifted after ED officials approached apex court seeking the same for further proceedings.
