One of the senior most leaders in Andhra Pradesh politics Anam Ramanarayana Reddy has put a big suspense on his political future. Though he has reached an agreement with the YSR Congress Party, Anam, who hails from Nellore district, is still consuming more time.
Anam recently held a meeting with his close aides and discussed about the political prospects if he joins the YSR Congres. YS Jagan has already extended an olive branch to Anam and asked him to join his party, but Anam is yet to fix the date.
Leaders say the TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu has sent a message to Anam's group, assuring that the Nellore leader will be given priority in the TDP if he continued. After coming to know that the TDP is willing to continue him in the party, Anam developed a second thought on joining the YSR Congress.
Anam is also ascertaining the political developments taking place in Andhra and the changing political equations in the two parties. Anam's wait and watch policy is also testing the patience of YS Jagan, who is desperate to poach the TDP leaders ahead of the next elections.
