Utterly shocked by Telangana caretaker CM K Chandrasekhar Rao's move to dissolve the assembly, Congress is heard to be brainstorming for new strategies. But it's not about how to compete the elections, instead how to stop the early polls.
Yes, the Telangana Congress party is in no mood to go the elections this early though their party leaders are saying they are all prepped up. Accordingly, few Congress leaders are considering to take legal opinion on dissolving the assembly. Former MLA Marri Sashidhar Reddy is heading this legal route and finally caught hold of a loophole.
Mr. Reddy has alleged that 20 Lakh people are not eligible to cast their vote if the elections are held in the next couple of months. Mr. Reddy along with few other Congress leaders are holding discussions with Abhishek Singhvi in this regards and might knock the Supreme Court doors in the coming days.
Will Congress succeed in bringing the elections to a standstill? Supreme Court has the best answers!
