Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan is all set to visit Chennai tomorrow to meet film actor and founder of Makkal Needhi Maiam Kamal Haasan. According to sources, Pawan believes he can play a crucial role in the politics of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka apart from the Telugu States.
Given that he enjoys huge fan base in the South, Pawan Kalyan is of the opinion that tying up with regional parties in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka could be advantageous for Jana Sena Party. Additionally, Pawan is expected to discuss about the formation of a non-BJP and non-Congress National Front with Kamal Haasan. Sources say that Pawan is also expected to make an important announcement from Chennai tomorrow.
If one observes the developments in Telugu states, this meeting of Pawan is scheduled just a day after TRS Chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao made an announcement that he will strive to work towards forming a non-BJP and non-Congress National Front. This Chennai visit of Pawan raises several questions as he had a secret meeting with TRS Leader KT Rama Rao in Mumbai two days ago and is singing the same tunes as the TRS.
While this looks like a plan to split the Alternative Front being led by TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, we are yet to see whether Kamal will agree to Pawan’s idea as he openly claims to be a huge fan of Chandrababu and his governance.
