At a time when national media firms like Times Now, India Today have predicted a clear victory of TRS in the just-concluded Telangana Assembly elections, Lagadapati Rajagopal has given a big shock to KCR and national media.
Rajagopal's RG Flash Survey predicted that Praja Kutami would win between 45 to 75 seats and 25 to 45 for TRS while he said independents would get 5 to 7 seats, BJP to win 5 to 7 seats, MIM to win 6 to 7 seats and CPM would likely to get 1 seat.
This comes as a big blow to national media that predicted the other way round. In fact, Rajagopal has not just revived the hopes of Praja Kutami, but he has made the game more interesting. Although results are just 3 more days away, leaders of political parties and several people are bundle of nerves.
Rajagopal said there were many influences that could have played significant role in deciding the verdict. He however gave an edge to Congress-led grand alliance. He said the comprehensive exit poll results would be shared on 10th December, a day before the results.
