I took voluntary retirement, Won't join YSRCP

Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar said he took voluntary retirement and isn't interested in current politics. Undavalli spoke to the media and also clarified that he won't be joining YSR Congress party. It was a pressperson who asked about Undavalli's future political plans and the ex-MP replied that there are many seniors than him in YSRCP, so it doesn't need Undavalli's political experience and insights.

Undavalli once again raised the topic of Polavaram in the press meet. He said that he would apologize to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in public if all my doubts are cleared but instead of answering my questions, TDP leaders think that I always notice negative things about TDP. That's not true at all.

On the Prime Minister candidate, Undavalli made interesting comments. "Of all the senior most politicians in the country, Chandrababu might be one of the candidates for the PM post. In the last two to three months, he campaigned extensively against Narendra Modi and even surpassed the likes of Arvind Kejrwal and Mamata Banerjee who are fighting for the past five years or so," said Undavalli.
