By-Poll Today - Vote for foreign liquor

Stage is set in 18 constituencies with 533 contestants competing and 50 lakh people waiting to vote at the 5413 poll booths. So, to whom the vote goes for?

Almost all the parties have distributed liquor and money to youths and sarees to ladies. Youth voters are showing interest towards one party that has given costly beer and whisky rather doling out those cheap brands. This party has in fact opted to give costly brands in order to give their party an upper hand. There is a rumor that Excise Department too helped them in sideling costly liquor for the sake of this party.

An unofficial survey found that a middle class family in poll bound region received more than 15,000 rupees in the name of by-poll. By spending this 15k, politicians have made voter feel like 'King' for this single day. These Kings have to undergo all the turmoil as usual from tomorrow after transferring power to a person for next two years. That's the 'liquor' effect.
