RTC Is Pushed Into Losses By KCR: Revanth

Congress firebrand leader Revanth Reddy criticized Telangana CM KCR over TSRTC strike. At the Sakala Janula Samara Bheri, Revanth posed straight questions to KCR and TRS ministers who made belittling comments against RTC in the last few days.

"A minister said they did not mention anything about RTC in their election manifesto and so the merge proposal is absolutely out of the box. I would like to ask these TRS leaders, when you haven't mentioned anything about RTC in your manifesto, did you mention that you would divide RTC and bring in private services? From the Kalvakuntla family, there are MLAs, ministers and MPs. Did you mention about his family in manifesto? It is because of this government's hopeless policies, the RTC went into losses," lashed out Revanth.

In the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, KCR used to constantly say that separate statehood is the only solution for all problems. "KCR used to say that there won't be any shutdowns, strikes and protests in separate Telangana. From where RTC strike came now? Even to host a protest, RTC employees had to knock the court," stated Revanth and added then for what people voted for you (KCR), questioned the Malkajgiri MP.

He warned that the RTC strike might turn into Sakala Janula Samme like it did in the year 2012 for separate state and KCR should be cautious before things run out of hands.
