Lady IAS Asks Students To Clean Toilets

AP's Principal Secretary of Schools and Education department, Chandana Khan advised that students in government schools should clean the toilets themselves. Her comments have stirred quite a controversy in political circles.

Quite disgustingly, the senior lady IAS officer stated that students in government schools should maintain the toilets in schools, such that the dropout rate will be low. While Supreme Court directed the governments and IAS officers to provide all basic facilities to students in schools, they are still getting limited to papers. And with officials like Chandana Khan passing such insane statements, there is no doubt parents will show any interest in government schools any more.

On the other hand CM Kiran assured the other day that he will make all government schools look like corporate schools. There is no sync between the promises made by CM and the words of this IAS officer. Let us see how the government will defend this.
