In this week’s Monday Stories:

After the third weekend, Vishwanath and Sons is almost at its break-even number of 200 Crore Gross. It is currently at 198 Crore. The movie underperformed and is a loss venture in Tamil. If not, the movie would have been a massive profit venture for the Producer.

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit breached the 200 Crore Gross mark and looks set for 250 Crore. If it manages to hit 300 Crore, it will cross the Malayalam Industry Hit, Lokah.

Hanuman Ansh is a sensation at the box office. The movie has collected 13 Lakh Gross on its opening day, and on its 24th day, yesterday, it has collected 15.5 Crore Gross in India. It is already at 50 Crore Gross and may touch 100 Crore in its full run.

Irumudi, at the end of its second weekend, collected 171.2 Crore Gross and 92 Crore Share. Half of Nizam rights were taken by Ravi Teja as his remuneration. Valued at 7 Crore, the movie has collected around 43.5 Crore with GST already in Nizam. Trade is hesitant even to estimate where the movie will end.

Toxic should collect around 800 Crore Gross for break-even and is currently at 280 Crore. The movie, at best, may end around 300-310 Crore in its full run. In Telugu, Dil Raju sent 75 Crore advance for both Telugu states, and it has to collect around 160 Crore Gross for Breakeven. The movie collected only 38 Crore Gross in its first weekend, making it a huge disaster.

Toxic was done on Returnable Advance basis in all areas across the Globe. So, buyers will not lose money. But there may be delay in payments by Yash and KVN since huge money is involved.
