For the first time after being elected as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy Vijay has set foot in Andhra Pradesh, and it was a special welcome for him at the Dasara celebration.
Vijay arrived at Vijayawada earlier today and later met chief minister Chandrababu Naidu followed by their joint appearance at Dasara celebration a short while ago.
Vijay, who is a huge South Indian film star played to the gallery by delivering a short effective Telugu speech. He greeted the massive crowd that had turned up for him and delivered a heartfelt speech in Telugu.
There was considerable effort that went into this Telugu speech, but Vijay kept it short and sweet. He close it out in Tamil by saying his famous dialogue “En Nenjil Kudi Irukum.”
Vijay knows how to electrify the crowds with his energetic presence, and he did the same at the Vijayawada event today. He is one of the few charismatic chief ministers in India, and this was on a brilliant display in Vijayawada today.
It was a very good visual to see Tamil Nadu chief minister Vijay and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu share the stage, and this was a brilliant moment for mutual fans.
It would have been far more enterprising if deputy CM Pawan Kalyan also shared the stage with Vijay and Chandrababu, but that did not happen due to logistical reasons.
