Director Boyapati Sreenu's strategy of class title with an out and out commercial formula did not workout with his previous outing 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka.' But then the director did not give up his thought process and once again he came up with yet another smooth title in the form of 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama.'
Boyapati did not stop here. He wanted the first look and teaser to be a bit more classy by showcasing Ram Charan in simple white lungi & shirt, so that it could generate a buzz among the class audience. However the mega hero is completely against this and insisted to promote this film as a mass masala entertainer. Accordingly, in the first look, Ram Charan is like a tough guy and the teaser which is revealed sometime back is loaded with typical Boyapati's elements.
As per Ram Charan, audience should not be let down as they come to theatres keeping certain expectations in mind. It worked with 'Rangasthalam' in which Charan is seen as a partial deaf guy and his role is revealed to the audience way before the film had hit the screens. The result, the film went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of all time.
The same strategy Charan is applying for 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' and hope it pays-off!
