Why Mani Sharma Disappointed With Narappa?

Mani Sharma is one of the senior-most music composers in the film industry. Although the music director slowed down in his career a few years ago, he is currently enjoying yet another best phase with back-to-back films. Mani Sharma is reuniting with Chiranjeevi after a long time. He came on board to score the music for Venkatesh’s Narappa but in the end, he is only left with disappointment.

The music composer publicly expressed his displeasure over the film unit for using the original track for the film’s motion poster. Mani Sharma was hurt that he was not even informed about it. After that incident, the film’s posters did not carry the name of Mani Sharma.

Now that the film is heading for a direct release on OTT, we came to know that Mani Sharma is still disappointed. In a recent interview, Mani Sharma opened up about the same.

Mani Sharma is upset that the film unit utilized the original soundtracks of Asuran and finished the re-recording. Mani only composed the songs and was not involved with BGM works.

On the other hand, Mani Sharma is extremely happy with his work for Chiranjeevi’s Acharya.

Sridevi Soda Center, Shakuntalam, Republic, Black Rose, and Seetimaarr are Mani Sharma’s upcoming films. Mani Sharma is also scoring for an OTT project, under Colour Photo fame Sandeep Raj’s direction.
