Lavanya Tripathi Reveals Her Biggest Fear

Phobia is generally referred to as a strong, persistent, and irrational fear of objects or situations. And celebrities are no exception to fear. Actress Lavanya Tripathi shares the biggest fear that gives her anxiety and panic attacks.

The dimpled beauty, Lavanya opened up on her latest Instagram live session with fans about what makes her freak out the most. She answered many questions posed by her fans. Amid the Q&A round, Lavanya also revealed that she is suffering from Trypophobia.

Trypophobia is an aversion to the sight of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes or bumps. Lavanya says that she’s scared subconsciously whenever she happens to witness an object with holes or patterns or bumps, including a close-up image of skin pores, honeycomb, lotus heads, and seed pods.

Lavanya further said that she is trying to overcome Trypophobia. The actress concluded by talking about mental health. “ We have to be happy with ourselves in order to spread happiness around the world and I believe in this motto. It is essential to rewind and analyze our personal lives every now and then for our own well-being”.

The actress signed off saying she had two back-to-back releases in one month this year. “I am grateful for that, but it was a lot of stress (laughs). For now, I am reading scripts and taking my time to decide what’s next.”
