CISF Officer Reportedly In Trouble After Stopping Salman At The Airport

A couple of days ago, Superstar Salman Khan was stopped by a CISF officer at the entrance of the airport and treated the former like a normal public. The video on the same went viral and netizens lauded the officer for doing so.

Instead of sending Salman inside the airport without adhering to protocols, the officer asked Salman to hold back when the latter was going in. He also checked the passport, checked security formalities, and the related paperwork.

The incident took place when Salman and Katrina left for Russia to shoot for Tiger 3. The video shows how a huge crowd and paparazzi gathered around Salman as soon as he got out of his car. Subsequently, the officer asked the actor to stop and this gave enough reason to win the hearts of the netizens.

We are, too, certainly impressed by the CISF officer’s unbiased behaviour. One user commented, “I am not a fan of Salman bt mujhe sbse aacha tb laga jb CISF Sub Inspector ne roka Salman ko…Salute him for doing his duty.” Another one wrote, “Loved the way the CISF guy stopped him from entering …”

However, the reports are coming in that the ASI of CISF from Odisha now falls into trouble after he spoke to the media about the incident. Reportedly, CISF has seized the mobile phone of ASI Somnath Mohanty of Rayagada for talking to a media organization. “The mobile phone of Mohanty has been seized as he interacted with the media and it is a breach of protocol. His mobile phone was seized to ensure he is not able to speak with the media further about the incident,” a CISF personnel told.

In conclusion, it is saddening to see how a star or famous personality can get anything done with a certain level of connections. The incident is a reminder of how anyone with access to the echelons of power enjoys a dignified position within the strata and it is the basis of VIP culture. And no wonder, people with celebrity status enjoy biased positions across the world.
